First and foremost: All healing classes must join the healer channel, as soon as they join the raid. I strongly suggest putting this channel in a seperate window, since we will use it for important orders that might otherwise disappear in the chaos of the general window, during fights. If you need help setting that up, poke me outside MC.
General notes:
Now, the strategies may vary at times, since it all largely depends who we have with us, but the following is the MO we will aim for, if possible.
RAZORGORE
In phase 1, druids will be sleeping dragons, priests and shamans are spread to groups and given the task of keeping their own + 1 more group (kiters) alive.
In phase 2, everyone alive keeps the 2 MTs alive with as little aggro as possible. Shields and fade rock here. If either of the 2 MTs die, getting him/her/them up is main priority. Aside from that, shamans ankh if they died, druids ress the ones that the healing leader appoints.
Once the tanking is undercontrol and more healers are up and healing again, look to the tanks ->your group->groups missing a healer.
VAEL
Priests use PoH to keep their groups alive and assist when and where they can. Main priority is your group, do not loose any.
Team A: 6+ healers on the current MT. 2 of these are appointed to swap to the next tank on the list as soon as the current one gets BA.
Team B: The remaining healers primarily keep the groups with no priests alive, secondary assist when really needed.
DEATH TALON PACKS
Team A (2): Druids sleeping (1 druid backup sleepers + raidspam)
Team B (2): Priests dispelling
Team C (2): Healing MT1
Team D (2): Healing MT2
Team E (2): Healing MT3
Team F (2): Healing MT4
The rest spam
SUPPRESSION ROOMS
Interrupt heals for mana conservation
Drink when ever you can
Team A (4): On MT
Team B (3): On the remaining MTs (spam)
Team C (1): Rogues, then spam.
Team D (3): Mages, then spam.
The remaining spam healers -> locks -> hunters -> assigned targets. Ress and drink between fights.
BROODLORD
1 priest on each Tank (we use 3 Tanks). Job: Keep renew going endlessly, patch a little and whack a shield the sec MS hits.
1 druid on each tank. Job: Keep HoT going endlessly and patch.
4 on the current MT. Job: Keep that tank alive without out-aggroing any other healer. Trust your friends. 2 of these 4 casting/interrupting their biggest heal endlessly, only to land it when it is needed, the other 2 stick to small heals. The tricky bit here is landing 3k+ HP on the tank in the 1½-2 second window we have after a MS, hence the cast/interrupt need.
2 MT spamming: Small heals on all 3 working tanks.
Remaining spam the remaining raid lightly. DPS are supposed to run out of range of the pain. Keep it to renew and the like and hold back a lot. Secondary, step in if other healers go down.

LAB PACKS
Remember shadow prot. and fire res. gear.
3 Locks must live to banish Enraged Felguards.
FIREMAW
A – MT (5)
B – OT1 (2, 1 priest for shields)
C – OT2 (2, 1 priest for shields)
D - 5-6 spamming DPS with renew and like spells. (1 priest from this group keeping MT shielded for every single CT call)
E - 1-2 backup for OOM, doing absolutely nothing until ordered by healing leader.
OTs need someone shielding them as well, from the left side of the doorway.
Make sure tanks have fire res totems in range
Spike damage on MT, stay awake. Keep tanks at 100% at ALL times.

DRAGONKIN PACK
3 tanks working with 4 healers each. Priests use shields, lots of spike damage.
Remaining healers spam the tanks. Noone else should take damage.
Note that the last pack before Ebonroc needs to be pulled sorta far, you will have to run a bit in the beginning to have range on the tanks.
EBONROC
3 working tanks. 4 healers assigned to each, 1 from each class.
Remaining healers spam those 4 tanks as well. Noone else should take damage.
Be prepared for spike damage on all tanks, keep them at 100% at all times.
FLAMEGOR
1 priest on each Tank (we use 3 Tanks). Job: Keep renew going endlessly, patch a little and whack a shield the sec MS hits.
1 druid on each tank. Job: Keep HoT going endlessly and patch.
OT druids can give a hand on healer healing too, if they assess it's doable.
4 on the current MT. Job: Keep that tank alive. 2 of these should be casting/interrupting their biggest heal endlessly, only to land it when spike damage hits.
2 MT spamming: Small heals on all 3 working tanks.
Remaining spam the remaining raid. DPS (except hunters) can run out of range of the pain to bandage but need to run really far. Keep it to renew and the like and hold back a lot. We badly need the hunters to live, those are first prio. Secondary, step in if other healers go down.
CROMMIE
1 MT shielder/renewer
2 MT big heals/interrupt/druid hots
3 Decursers
6 MT healers
Non-Time Lapse
MT healers/part-time decursers (3)
Time Lapse
OT healers+decursers (3)
On a non-TL run, the 3 with the dual role steps up when enrage happen. The decursers will have to step up as well to cover for the fact that they will be the only ones decursing in that last 20%.
Only spam needed is Hunters, decursers can easily handle those (if they step out of breaths as they should, only a renew here and there is needed).

Spam tanks (3)
If any healer dies, a spammer jumps in.
Transition
MT current healers + spammers follow MT to catch Neffie. Everyone else stay as they were, to keep the remaining raid alive while finishing off the last dragonkin. Use fear if needed to get loose ones off you.

MT (9, 3 of each class):
Melee (2):
Ranged (2):
Healers (2):
If MT healers die, healer healers fill in first (both), then 1 ranged, then 1 melee, etc.
General notes:
- The Main Tank (MT) and OffTank (OT) should generally speaking always be shielded at every pull, to buy them time to build aggro.
- If you are assigned to someone and run oom, say so in the healer channel or on TS and say who is now missing a healer.
- Rather a death than a wipe.
