Aye, that is pretty much what you need to do.
noteworthy facts are that with shock, its earthshock. you need to hold aggro vs the healers in the room.
Also, our controller will not be standing ON the podium, so kiting up there is allowed.
On the strafing, this can be hard for those that aren't used to the first person shooter style movement, so don't be ashamed to cause a wipe or two while learning it. Its a complex battle, we don't need to win right away.

I gotta say, I found the kiting very hard. Got too used to standing still and spamming heals I guess. The hardest thing I found was running sideways but still trying to rotate the view to keep an eye on the train behind... as the guide above says I probably need to redefine the keyboard to put the strafe keys back in - I have been strafing by holding down the right mouse button, but this then causes a problem when you want to use the left mouse button to rotate the view
