you can kinda see the proplem that im facing there thou the healing off hand that i have took there does not show it is the

loose mana regen like 40m/per 5 sec thou get my + heal to 1400

thou the real question is should i spent 8 primal lifes and mana for +81 healing enchant just for this

No idea what your staff is, but spank +30 spirit on the epic mace and you're good for raid healing. For 5 player content, +healing still is better due to short fights.
