Not sure if anyone else has been going after it but my character Kurse has 305 Jewelcrafting now, meaning he can make proper gems. www.wowhead.com/?items=9.10#00VzcCrafting will be free to whaco people (= people with access to private boards) if they have the needed material, although I will acccept donations of course (the gem grind was kinda expensive ) Summary of all known Jewels here: www.wowwiki.com/JewelTo answer a couple of FAQs: 1) What materials do I need for x gem ? There is only ever one ingredient for gems - the base gem which is named in the crafted gem. So Subtle Living Ruby, takes a Living Ruby and Solid Azure Moonstone takes an Azure Moonstone. 2) Can I unsocket gems ? You can replace gems that are already socketed, destroying the old gem in the process.

I have installed a mod called gemlist that will hopefullly make it a bit easier for people to have a "gem consultation" with me. I still need to test it out but generally you can search what gems I have as follows: /w kurse !gems <search term> the search term will check against the description of all gems I can make so it can be for example : Red - will return all red gems Strength - will return all gems with +str Rare - all rare gems Meta - all metagems (to save you the trouble there are none at present ) Edit: Got it working, whispering !gem to me will give you further instructions on how to search, it will also work when I'm logged on with a different character

Hi, With alot of thanks to Tabara and Yavi, I have managed to get my skill to 264 so far. I have also installed Gemlist so using the instructions in Tabara's post you can also check to see wat I can make. In relation to the the demand for Metagems; www.wowhead.com/?items=-2.0Of these, I have recipes for: Swift Skyfire Diamond - 20AP + Minor Run Speed Insightful Earthstorm Diamond - 12 Int. and chance to restore mana on spell cast Enigmatic Skyfire Diamond - +12 Crit and 5% resist to snare and root More coming by this weekend, when I should have revered rep with a few more factions. All these recipes require level 365, so if anyone has a talasite, Living Ruby, or Nighteye lying around.. a donation to the cause would be lovely Am willing to buy it as well

Hello all, Kurse has pointed out to me that there are some designs that require a bit of a grind to get and are BoP. Having tried to grind for a shadow one last night, I realise that on a lucky day this coudl be simple, but if unlucky.. ages. And.. well... we;ve all seen the quality of my rolls to guage what my luck is like So.. As I have to go to different places to grind these, I wanted to see which rings were most popular to prioritise my grinding areas, rather than spend endless hours in one place for something that nobody woudl want anyway. Ring Details: +27 Stamina +damage to <Insert Damage type> by 27 +7mana per second Rings available for: Shadow, Nature, Frost, Arcane, Fire as above

Shadow for me and Falkee!
That's 2 shadow vs one frost, so go grind the mobs in Netherstorm before another frost mage shows up!

Got the shadow one on about the third kill just as well there are some nasty, hard to see level 69 zombie owls patrolling around there (of course these would be nothing to a level 65 warlock except they are undead so IMMUNE to fear !!!!)
