I heard frost for safer levelling (ie. less dying and more able to take on several mobs and live), but fire can also be good if you´re careful... though you are a bit more squishy of course. As far as I know arcane ain't so good for the levelling stuffs but hey, I ain't a mage so someone feel free to correct me on any of these if I´m wrong. |

I've had at least one mage tell me, for each spec available, that that spec is the best for leveling.
Personally I'd advice you start out as fire and swap to frost around lvl 50 ish, keeping that until 70.
