I'm sure many people already know this, (it's probably on wow forums, but I try and stay away from them) but I found it out today, courtesy of an AV battle.
Mass dispel can remove iceblock.
I'm not sure whether this is Working as Intended or a bug (as the priest gets an "immune" message), but it definitely removes it. I haven't checked out whether single target dispelling removes it too, but afaik it dones't. (if anyone knows otherwise please post and let me know).
Just thought I'd let any other frosticles out there know,
Yavi

Mass dispel has always been able to dispel ice block. Since 2.0.10 mass dispel targets certain debuffs/buffs first (like pally bubble and ice block) instead of random buffs that it used to. The "immune" message the priest sees when dispels happens is the result of game going through available dispellable buffs/debuffs on the target. Gah, can't explain it well enough without an example. Target has PoF, DS and Ice block on him as buffs. Now a friendly priest tries to mass dispel the ice block away, the mass dispel spell game mechanic wise flags PoF and DS as immune for mass dispel, but ice block as dispellable. The flagging is for some reason shown in the priest's screen, but it still dispels one debuff away from the target. No idea if a mage with only ice block on him stills shows "immune" on the priest's screen or not. Anyone up for a test?
