Thought I would try and compile a list of the kind of end-game quest-chains that give decent rewards. Very much a work in progress so please suggest any questlines you feel should be here. Don't read if you don't like spoilers.

1) Rexxar Chain - Blade's Edge Mountains

Roughly 24 stages (!) I believe this is also the questline for attunement to the raid part of Tempest Keep
